Thank you for shopping with MK Jewelry! We are committed to delivering your orders with care and precision. You expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days after placing an order.

Verification

You’ll receive a confirmation email after payment is completed and authorized. To cancel or modify your order, email mkjewel.studio@gmail.com with your receipt, order number, and proof for refund processing.

Tracking an Order

Allow 1-2 working days for engraving. Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately.
After shipping, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number(2-3 days). Orders within Malaysia are handled by J&T (third-party courier).
Please record a video upon receiving the parcel as proof for return or refund requests.

Return Policy

At MK Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom engraved items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return & Refund Process

Please email us at mkjewel.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
To help speed up the process, kindly include a video of the unboxing that shows the item and packaging.
We will provide you with further instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-8 business days.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
